In recent times some books of Linda Roethlisberger have been translated into several languages. Due to this fact we would like to give those non-german-speaking readers a short introduction about the work of TRILOGOS.

TRILOGOS is an institute for integral personality training and consciousness development. It was founded in 1990 in Zürich by Linda Roethlisberger who is still head of it. Over the years she developed the socalled Trilogos-PsyQ®Method (TPM) which supports people to unleash their personal potentials in a holistic way. Based on guided imagery and mental training this method synthesis our intellectual intelligence (IQ), our emotional (EQ) and our spiritual (SQ). This interconnection is called PsyQ® – our integral human ressource.

A milestone in the creation of the Trilogos-PsyQ®Method in 1994 was the release of the book “Our Senses: Connection to the Spiritual World. Unlock Your Psychic Powers”. Written by Linda Roethlisberger and already published in the 6th edition this book became a bestseller within the german speaking New Age community. Its main thesis reads that all human beings are equipped with psychic powers like clairvoyance and extrasensory perception. In the book included is a manual that offers a sensitivity training programm which is still unique and excellent for home study. After the release of “Our Senses: Connection to the Spiritual World” Linda Roethlisberger wrote many other books on this topic and other collegues (philosophers, psychologists, analysts and psychotherapists etc.) have written about the Trilogos-PsyQ®Method in connection with their disciplines. Now TRILOGOS has even its own small publishing house to release interdisciplinary research results done on the Trilogos-PsyQ®Method.

Since the very beginning TRILOGOS offers a full education program on personality training and consciousness development. This program starts with a basic course on perseptive skills (awareness), intuition training and integral selfreflection (Step 1-3). After that you can attend a course to become Trilogos-PsyQ®Trainer, so you can guide and supervise Trilogos-PsyQ®Trainingsessions (Cert. 1). After that you can participate in the mediumship-course (Cert. 2) and finally you can become a Trilogos teacher, so you can teach basic courses for example (Cert. 3). The whole education program concludes with a diploma thesis. In addition to the education programm Trilogos-PsyQ®Trainingsessions are held frequently where everybody – well experienced or totally unexperience in this kind of training – is welcome.

Since 1990 many workshops and trainingsessions were held in different countries and cultures because the Trilogos-PsyQ®Method is based on a transreligious and intercultural approach. Beside the regular education program many workshops, round tables, consultings and events took place at the TRILOGOS institute in Zürich as well as in other towns like Frankfurt, Berlin, Munich, Innsbruck and Vienna. In 1997 a non profit organisation called TRILOGOS Club was founded for social events around TRILOGOS. President was Prof. Dr. jur. Jörg Rehberg. In 2004 this association was reorganised and renamed into PsyQ®Netz – an international association for personality training and consciousness development, founded and organized by Dr. phil. Michael Weiss, Vienna. In 2005 the first reading groups were launched in Switzerland and Austria to discuss the content of the book “Our Senses: Connection to the Spiritual World” at monthly intervals. At the moment there are reading groups in Switzerland, Austria and Germany.
